How to prepare vegetable rice
- Cook 3 cups (300gms) rice and set aside
- Peel and cut 1 Kg Potato to small pieces.
- Heat a skillet and put required quantity oil.
- Fry potato pieces on low flame.
- Once potato pieces are fried, put 70 gms of Veg. Curry Masala Powder and mix well.
- Fry another three to four minutes on low flame and remove from heat
- Mix the potato curry to rice
You can also prepare vegetable rice with Capsicum, Gobhi, Brinjal, Sweetcorn, Tomato and Paneer pieces or mixed vegetables
