How to prepare Vegetable Pulav
- Cook 3 cups (300gms) rice and set aside.
- Take required quantity of potato, carrot, cauliflower, beans and capsicum.
- Cut all vegetables to small pieces.
- Heat a skillet and put required quantity oil
- Along with 1cup green peas fry all cut vegetables.
- Once vegetable is fried, sprinkle 70gms or of reqd. taste of Vegetable Pulav Masla and mix well. Fry mixed vegetable for another 3 to 4 minutes and remove from heat
- Mix the fried vegetable to rice
