How to prepare Chicken Pulav
- Cook 3 cups (300gms) rice and set aside.
- Mix together ½ kg chicken pieces, 70 gms of chicken pulav masala and and 2 cups curd
- Allow chicken to marinade for thirty minutes to one hour
- Heat a skillet and put required quantity oil
- Put masala mixed chicken pieces and cook
- Once chicken curry is done, remove from heat and mix with rice
